Import and Shipping Terms
1. The Products offered in the Store are shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers located outside the European Union to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
2. The Customer acknowledges that the Products are shipped from a non-EU country and that placing an order constitutes the importation of the Product into the European Union.
3. The Customer acts as the importer of the ordered Product. If any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other import-related charges are imposed, the Customer is solely responsible for paying such charges. Where applicable, courier handling or customs clearance fees may also be charged and shall be borne by the Customer.
4. To fulfill the Sales Agreement, the Seller may provide the manufacturer or supplier with the Customer's personal data strictly necessary for preparing and shipping the Product directly to the Customer.
5. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they understand and accept the delivery method and the import conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must first notify us by email of their intention to return the Product.
Returns sent without prior notification and approval may be refused.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the returned Product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be unused and show no signs of wear or use.
- Be free from any mechanical damage.
- Include all original accessories and components.
- Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Products that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the Customer at their expense or may be subject to a partial refund, depending on their condition.
3. Return Procedure
To return a Product:
- Contact us by email to request a return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the Product according to the instructions provided.
The Seller reserves the right to specify the return address, which may differ from the original shipping address.
4. Return Shipping Method
Returns are accepted only through the shipping method specified in the return instructions provided by the Seller.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
Returns sent using an unauthorized shipping method may be refused.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after:
- the returned Product has been received; and
- its condition has been inspected and approved.
The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned Product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Responsibility for Return Shipment
The Customer is fully responsible for:
- properly packaging the Product for return;
- any damage occurring during return transit.
The Seller is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
8. Products Excluded from Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been damaged or misused by the Customer.
9. Complaints and Defective Products
If the Customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect Product, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
